This ride begins at the stables at Bet Oren, riding north along the cliffs towards the university, but cutting into singles in the trees to climb to the top of the hill. Then doubling back to the prison over looking Bet Oren and the sea to the west. Tricky at times, incredible views, plenty of other bikers out there. 23km in all.
